This past May my family and I travelled to the Washington D.C. area to shoot a session for my childhood BFF and her family before they moved to England. (I also shot a couple mini sessions in Maryland the week prior.) It was SO FUN to explore Old Town Alexandria and capture them in the place where my friend Jenny had worked for the past 10 years. I just LOVE historic towns like this...the brick streets, gas-lit lamps, colonial architecture...it was amazing!! And having the chance to photograph this family again was priceless.
